Production Timeline: Since each unit is hand-assembled and calibrated, please allow 35-65 business days for production before shipment. This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to component shortages. Shipping Methods: We ship worldwide via tracked courier services. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom 'made to order' nature of our hardware, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS once production has started (usually 24h after purchase). Digital Assets: All sales of digital assets (3D models, textures) are final. No refunds will be issued once the download link has been provided.

Limited Hardware Warranty

We stand by our hardware. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects: - Battery failure not caused by misuse. - Sensor malfunctions. - Internal wiring/soldering defects. What is NOT covered: - Water damage, physical abuse, or drops. - DIY modifications or opening the case. - Drift issues inherent to IMU technology (use Reset Yaw). To request a repair, contact us via Discord or Email to receive an RMA number.
