SlimeVR Troubleshooting
My trackers have Drift
Drift is normal in IMUs. If using CORE (ICM), press 'Reset Yaw' every 30-40 mins. If massive drift occurs: Ensure they are still when powering on (20s), perform a Temperature Calibration (warm up for 15m), and check for magnetic interference (BNO085).
WiFi Connection Issues
SlimeVR only works on 2.4GHz networks. Check your SSID/Password for special chars. Try disabling Windows Firewall momentarily.
Buying Guide
BNO085 (PRO) or ICM-45686 (CORE)?
Buy PRO (€350) if: You are a dancer, streamer, or hate resetting. 'Install and forget'. Buy CORE (€250) if: You want to save money and don't mind pressing a button hourly. Tracking quality is excellent, just needs maintenance.
Do I need straps?
Depends on the pack: PRO Pack includes basic straps. CORE Pack does NOT include straps (+€20 for basic kit). We recommend the Haptic Strap Bundle for dancing.
Getting Started
Start / Instalación
- Download SlimeVR Server (Free).
- Install SlimeVR driver for SteamVR.
- Connect trackers to Wi-Fi.
- Body Proportion Calibration.
